Is There a Minimum Length of Stay Requirement?

For July and August, stays are available by the week only—Saturday to Saturday, starting July 1 through Labor Day.

From mid-May to June and again from Labor Day through the end of September, we offer more flexibility: check-in any day with just a 3-night minimum.

Can I Rent One Floor or the Entire Place?

You can do either!

You can rent one floor or you can rent multiple floors.

Inquire about pricing regarding one floor versus the entire cottage.

The first and second floors are connected through a shared/locked stairwell. Third-floor access is separate and accessible from the back deck.

How Many People Can Each Floor Accommodate?

The first floor can accommodate up to 10 people. 5 bedrooms and two baths.

The second floor can accommodate up to 8 people. 4 beds and two baths.

The third floor can accommodate up to 2 people. 1 bed and one bath.

The first and second floors are connected through a shared stairwell. Third-floor access is separate and accessible from the back deck.

Are Any Weeks Available This Year?

Yes! Below are the current weeks that are available for each floor. Inquire for pricing.

First Floor

August 23rd - Labor Day**

All of September is currently available.**

Second Floor

August 23rd - Labor Day**

August 30th - September 5th

September 16th - 30th**

Third Floor

August 23rd - Labor Day**

All of September is currently available.**

How Much Does Each Floor Cost per Week?

The First Floor is $3,000 + tax per week.

The Second Floor is $3,000 + tax per week.

The Third Floor is $1,800 +tax per week.

A full week, Saturday to Saturday, rental is required for any dates between July 1 and Labor Day Weekend.

Any dates before July 1 or after Labor Day can be any day of check-in, but with a 3-night minimum stay.

Does Each Floor Have Full Kitchen and Washer/Dryer Set-Up?

First and Second floor levels have a complete kitchen setup with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave.

The Third Floor has a fridge, stove-top, coffee maker and microwave.

First and Second Floors both have washer and dryer set-up in them.

There are also two grills available on the marsh side for all guests to use during their stay.

Is There Air Conditioning?

No, none of the floors have air conditioning. However, being located on the ocean and marsh, there are beautiful, refreshing cross-breezes on most days. Plus oscillating fans throughout.

What are Check-In and Check-Out Times?

Check-In Time is 2:00pm EST or later

Check-Out Time is 10:00am EST or earlier

Are Pets Allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets during your stay.
